The Bangalore Blue (Isabella) and Gulabi (Black Muscat) are a few popular non-native grapes varieties grown in India. India grows the Turkish Grape Sultana(Thompson seedless) on a very large scale. Sauvignon Blanc, Zinfandel, Chenin Blanc, and Chardonnay are some of the major imported grape varieties getting panted in India, that have strongly established their presence in the Indian wine industry. Appearance:
Fruits are graded evenly within each cartoon and hence will look uniform in terms of color and size. Bunches/Bundles/Clusters are formed properly and that are not too tight or too thin.

Harvesting:
Grapes are harvested when fully mature and sweet, ideally during the early hours of the day when the temperature is lowest. Grapes are delivered to the point of packing and precooled within three hours of harvest.
Sulphur Pads Sulfur Pads:
Sulphur pads are inserted when grapes are cooled to below 4°C. To avoid direct contact, these sulphur pads are separated from the grapes by a sheet of paper.
