In processed hair acid bath, But in Unprocessed Hair there no any chemical uses for processing expect shampoo and conditioner. Through using of machines and conditioning

12. What Is Your Return Policy For Unsatisfactory Hair?

Usually we don't allow return. Depends on the situation. First we ask new client to order a sample order which is minimum 1 kg for any product he is looking for.

13. Would You Be Willing To Send Me Natural Un-photoshoped Pictures And Video Of Your Products Before I Make A Purchase?

Yes but with watermark or in PDF. We don't send direct photos as we have experienced copy of content issue.

14. Will The Hair Be In Stock Or Purchased Upon My Order?

We always have some stock of every variety. But simultaneously it's a matter of supply-demand ratio. Moreover it also depends upon the volume of your order. Above 50 kg order we may purchase.

We are not using any chemicals processed of Hair.

Yes 100 grams hair only without any package. Net weight is 100 gm

17. Can you guarantee hair is Virgin?

Yes. Tell us which type of third part certification you will requires so that we can conduct test accordingly but only after order confirmation.

18. Can hair be washed, conditioned, dyed, bleached and straightened?

Yes but only as per company process system.

19. Will hair return to natural wave pattern after washing and straightening?

23. Can you share an official sanitary or sanitation certification of your hairs?

We would like to explain you that kindly understand the method, of which you may be already well aware, that we and any human hair seller don't have a constant stock of which we can do a test and keep a certificate with us.

As hairs get collected from temples they reach us, we sale them in domestic & international market. Whenever any of our client asks for such certification(s) then we go to the concern laboratory and give those hairs which are supposed to be sent to that client, get tested these hairs there and obtain the certificate(s) and dispatch the stuff along with certificate & customs certificate to that overseas client.
